How do i place a order?

Once you have selected the item or items you would like to purchase select the right size and colour then just hit add to cart. Once all your items are in the cart then simply select proceed to check out or click the basket icon in the top right corner of the page. Fill in all the information needed and then select the shipping method and way to pay. Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email and then a tracking number once your item/s are shipped.

One of my items is on pre order, will my order still be shipped?

If you order is made up of available stock and pre order stock, we will dispatch the available stock via the shipping method selected and as soon as the pre order is available it will be automatically shipped to you. Your pre order items will still be charged for with the rest of your order.

What should i do if an items is missing from my order?

If you receive your order and something is missing, just check the paperwork that there is not a message to say this item or items will be delivered at a later date If not, then drop us a email and we can check through the system and have one out to you via next day delivery free of charge.

Can i exchange my order?

The item must be unworn and in original packaging. We do not accept exchange or return on discounted items. For any more question you can email us @ info@bishhlondon.com

My item is faulty or damaged?

If you find your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will gladly send you a replacement and arrange the return of the faulty goods.

Where can i see my order status?

Easily track your order after purchase regardless of the shipping location. Login into your account or download the Shop to track all of your orders placed through our website.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to process all orders in 1-2 working days.

Do i have to pay for any items i returns?

We hope you don’t ever have to return anything, but if you do at the moment we don’t offer free returns the cost is to be covered by the purchaser. Please see our returns policy for all the info needed. But here is a quick recap, all items for refund or exchange must be returned with the tags still in place and without any damage.

How do i take care of my jewellery?

Simply rub your steel jewellery with the cloth in a firm, circular motion. It should pick up any residual dirt or grime and leave the stainless steel with a mirror-like sheen. Make sure to keep it out of reach of children!
